  How are things with you all? Weather here is foul — tor­ren­tial rain ans sev­er­al inches of rain. All very quiet here as people are away on hol­i­day like you.

  @Gordon: the weath­er here has been *very* hot and sunny (high 80s F) until this morn­ing — we’ve been swim­ming in a nearby lake. A bit too hot even for me last night. This morn­ing there is a tremedous thun­der­storm which has cleared the air some­what. Off to camp by Lake Michigan later this morn­ing — should be a bit cool­er there.
